Summit Surface Systems provides residential, commercial, and industrial concrete coatings and epoxy flooring services, including but not limited to epoxy flake systems, decorative and metallic epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurea coatings, and concrete repair, serving Baton Rouge, Lafayette, New Orleans, the Northshore, and surrounding areas of Louisiana. Information on this Site is provided for general reference and does not constitute a binding quote until confirmed in writing following an on-site estimate.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided through this Site, by phone, or in person are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change following an on-site inspection. Final pricing, scope of work, and timelines will be confirmed in a written estimate or agreement prior to the start of any work.

4. Use of This Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and the Summit Surface Systems name and branding, is the property of Summit Surface Systems LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Warranties on completed work are governed separately by the workmanship warranty provided with your service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of this Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
